Why is the photo paper always jammed? The paper is very thick, measuring 300g, 15.7mil, and 0.4mm. Check if your printer can handle such thick paper and use a high-quality, professional Inkjet Printer. Ensure that the printer feed rollers are intact to prevent jams.

Why does the print smear, never dry, or rub off? This issue is usually caused by the printer ink. Our photo paper is for dye ink only. Set the Paper Type to Photo Paper and the Print Quality to 'Standard'. If the issue persists, contact us for product support.

Why does ink smudge when touched? First, check if your printer prints on the correct printable side. Allow the print to dry for up to 10 minutes. Normally, the print should dry within 30 seconds.
